Josh Green Back Racing in Australia for TM

In the chilly hills surrounding Orange new Bel-Ray/TMracing Australia signing #49 Josh Green unleashed his EN450Fi for the first time. With minimal time on the bike as the deal was only done a week before, Josh performed well in his 450 debut. Though individual lap results are hard to find Josh was credited with 2nd Pro Junior and 4 th place overall! A fine result in his first Australian race of the year.

Sunday greeted the riders with a frosty -5deg celcius, with the promoters conducting the parade lap for the reversed course on Saturday afternoon there was no warming up for the competition.

Josh pushed hard immediately asserting himself into the top 3 outright positions on the rocky and rutted course. A position that he held for the day his laptimes improving through out the day in his re adaption to riding in the tree’s. At the end of day presentation Josh was credited with 1st place Pro junior, 3rd place Overall. Beaten only by the wealth of experience and talent that is Stefan Merriman and Ben Grabham.

Josh Green ” I’m really enjoying riding the 450, it’s great to be back riding in Australia. It would have been nice to know where we were at during the day but I’m happy with the result, Stefan and Ben were just too fast today! I’m looking forward to the AORC in Victoria in two weeks.”
