Current leader of Husqvarna ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship Electraction TM’s Jordan Rose (TM 250) and Under 23 star MPS Racing’s Jack Rowlands ( 250 Husky) will compete in the Fastlane MCC Longcross event on the 10th June.
Along with their current success in both the BSEC and the British Enduro Championship, Rose and Rowlands and have figured highly on the international scene. In his recent debut ride in the Enduro World Championship at the GP of Spain, Rose placed an incredible fifth overall on day two in Enduro 2. The following weekend at the GP of Portugal he cemented his place as one of the fastest enduro riders in the world with a ninth and eighth place finish. At the opening round of the European Enduro Championship last weekend in Italy, Rowlands put his Husqvarna on the podium with a strong third place on day two in Enduro 1 Junior.
With the final 2 rounds of the British sprint series on the 16/ 17 June , Jordan and Jack will use the Fastlane event as practice for a final push on that championship.
“When I heard that this event was on I spoke to Nick about the possibility of us travelling to compete as there is nothing on locally to us that weekend,” confirmed Jordan. “The track at Doon is good and we need to ride to keep sharp for the final round of the Husqvarna ACU British Sprint Enduro Championship the following weekend at Canada Heights. We are looking forward to riding at new venue for us.”
