CHARITY MARATHON MOTOCROSS FOR NEW YEARS DAY
The Knock Motorcycle Club have decided to move their traditional New Years Day Cross Country from Bells Hill, to Downpatrick Motocross Park, and this year, have changed the format to a Marathon Scramble format, and to onclude Youth Motocross riders in the programme for the first time.
The annual shake off the holiday stupor event will be run this year in aid of Charity, and all proceeds will go to Multiple Sclerosis Charities in Northern Ireland.
The Club hope to run Youth riders in the morning, and adult in the afternoon, with every rider getting real value for money with the Marathon format, and also maximum fun, with the added benefit of helping local charities to boot.
The Knock Club are also appealing for volunteers to help out marshalling as if they do not have to pay for marshalls, then the maximum mount possible can go to the charities involved, so come along and work off the turkey and help out a good cause
