Never seems to matter how prepared you are its always last minute .com….
Nick and Gordon have arrived at the rally. Unfortunately they didn’t realize it was a holiday yesterday and could not get the hire car! This means they arrived a day late.
Getting in late Saturday after an 11 hour drive (which Gordon slept through!!) they unpacked the bikes and fitted the road books, etc. under torch light. Scrutiny started at 8.30am the next morning, so no time to test loosing the day before.
Today, Sunday has been a long day! Administration and safety checks took all day. As well as having to fit and wire in the new GPS system and safety belies to both bikes. With some dessert wiring and safety seminars done started the bikes to find out running very rich as its 30 degrees.

Tomorrow we have an early start for a 100km test ride, and then straight into the prologue for the event.
