Tinahely Hare and Hound Report

The winter is over and a beautiful spring day greeted the riders at the TORC  club Hare and hound rescheduled to run at Carrick wood Tinahely as against CAHIR wood. Whatever the reason for the change of venue it proved to be a good one. The lap at Tinahely was simply fantastic helped in no small way by the weather. Warm and sunny. A lap that had everything ….. Fire roads , forestry , assents and decents  ….. It took concentration but nothing difficult  and well marked.
The club workers are to be congratulated for a job well done.

Gordon Clarke (HVA) returned to riding following a year off and showed no signs of having slowed his pace and looked to have run to an easy victory followed home some minutes behind by Seamey Hayes having  ditched the KDX for a much newer Beta. Dave Darcy (TM) was also a clear winner in the experts class and Ben Braitraith (Sherco) the Clubman.

Further results are not to hand yet but we will publish a full results report when they become available.

Great day great event.
