Always at the forefront of reporting on local events Enduro .ie have now moved to Glenarm on the Antrim coastal route a beautiful setting nestling between the bays . Now in its third year this proves to be a popular event likely in 16 to be a shootouts between Jordan Scott and Stuart Edmonds with the nod going to Jordan.
The quarry above Glenarm attracted a large crowd for the Carrickfergus Mcc promoted Enduro Cross around a short but well laid out track including numerous obstacles , rock piles , water splash , logs , bomb holes … Enough to tax the best riders and entertain the crowd . Short shape races for club men , vets and the premier class where it did turn out to be a shootout between Jordan Scott and Stuart Edmonds . Despite our prediction that Jordan with more experience in this type of event would likely scoop the cup , it was Edmonds who had the measure to win 2 of the 3 legs and the head to head shoot off but only after Jordan performed a spectacular endo out of the bomb hole in an effort to pass Edmonds . It did not work and another endo.
In the leg 3 final left the result in no doubt .
A great evenings entertainment , well done to all involved .
