Missing from the calendar for a few years MT Leinster is back on the schedule for Sunday week the 17th Sept ember.
The Killavullen gang have been hard at work reopening tracks on both sides of the forest where two loops are planned running anticlockwise on this occasion. The event will be set not to be difficult with a very open test much of which was used a few years ago. The test will finish at the start area.
It is important that the Club use MT Leinster one of its original and traditional locations as not to do so they will lose the use of the forest and by default hand it over to the MTB fraternity. Enduro clubs have no issue with the MTB clubs however they cannot claim rights over forests and trails opened by the TORC events years before MTB became popular. Both can co exist.
It is equally important that Enduro riders support the events so they can continue into the future.
MT Leinster will form part of the championships and welcome back the ISDE riders most of whom have already signed up.
Start will be posted from Bunclody for those who do not have a GPS.
