TM Racing have once again been working extremely hard in the Pesaro based factory updating their already incredible, high performance, high specification machines to bring you the 2015 model range. After a season of great results globally, in numerous motorcycling disciplines, the ‘testing’ has been completed and these changes have been applied to the new range. Engines: 2-Stroke
85 MX – A new Keihin 28mm carburetor with a revised intake manifold for a wider spread of more instantaneous power delivery matched to new ignition program for all round better power characteristics and responsiveness at any given rpm. Minimalist changes for an already well proven ultra competitive stock machine.
125 MX / EN – New power valve cables modified for extended life and less maintenance working with a revised exhaust valve ECU for greater and more precise control at all rpm’s. New con-rod with increased length matched to a revised crankshaft working with new cylinder port timing to maximise power / torque output and increase engine response. New ‘high tech’ main bearings with new crank oils seals to give greater crank stability and duration. New exhaust system, pipe and silencer, all matched to harmonise all of the above changes to maximise power and smoothness of delivery.
144 MX / EN – New power valve cables and pulley system modified for extended life and working with a revised exhaust valve ECU for greater and more precise control at all rpm’s.
250 / 300 MX / EN – New cylinder and cylinder head featuring the TMEES electronic exhaust valve system for a greater control of the power delivery at all rpm’s. New crankshaft with new ‘high tech’ main bearings and crank seals for better ‘crank effects’ and to aid crankshaft stability and duration. New transmission cover, clutch inspection cover and water pump cover created using a different casting process for a cleaner look whilst saving weight. Gearbox position sensor connected to the TMEES exhaust valve offering a greater control of engine power delivery depending on the selected gear at all rpm’s. New exhaust system for total optimization of all new components.
Chassis: 2-Stroke.
85 MX – New graphics, minor changes to standard suspension settings for the big and small wheel variants for better turn in and stability.
125 / 144 / 250 / 300 – MX / EN – Modified chassis geometry featuring a new rear shock length (8mm) matched to a new linkage for better progression and traction in all conditions. New rear wheel spindle diameter with an increase of 2.5mm for added strength and less deflection of the swing-arm. New plastics design in a fresh and aggressive style featuring a new seat arrangement and a new fuel tank, the fuel tank features a ‘fresh air flow system’ which channels cool air via a control channel to the airbox to maximise cold air feed for higher power output. New fresh graphic look in an Italian theme.

250Fi 4T MX / EN – New inlet ducting system, throttle body and air funnel into the venturi to improve air feed for power maximisation. New oil filter arrangement for greater oil flow. New exhaust system allowing for greater performance and smoother power delivery all matched to revised ECU settings.
450Fi 4T MX / EN – New inlet ducting system, throttle body and air funnel into the venturi to improve air feed for power maximisation. New exhaust system allowing for greater performance and smoother power delivery all matched to revised ECU settings. Gearbox position sensor connected to the ECU to maximise performance and power delivery for any given gear ration by altering the fuelling and timing of the fuel injection system.
Chassis: 4-Stroke.
250Fi / 450Fi MX / EN – New chassis geometry with modified front fork rake for increase turn-in, stability and all round ‘lighter’ handling characteristics. Longer swing-arm for better bike balance and weight distribution. New rear shock length (8mm) and revised linkage for better progression and traction in all conditions. New layout designed to optimise weight balance, handling and engine performance featuring an intake system over the engine and the positioning of the fuel tank under the seat for a much more balance machine and lower centre of gravity. New rear wheel spindle diameter for greater strength and less deflection of the swing-arm. New triple clamp arrangement with less offset to improve rideabilty of the new chassis layout and weight transferal system. New air filter for better efficiency of the new intake system. New plastic design in a fresh and aggressive style featuring a new seat arrangement and new fresh graphics in an Italian theme.
450 4T SMR / SMM / SMX – New layout designed to optimise weight balance, handling and engine performance featuring an intake system over the engine and the positioning of the fuel tank under the seat for a much more balanced machine and lower centre of gravity. New rear wheel spindle diameter for greater strength and less deflection of the swing-arm. New triple clamp arrangement with less offset to improve rideabilty of the new chassis layout and weight transferal system. New air filter for better efficiency of the new intake system. New plastic design in a fresh and aggressive style featuring a new seat arrangement and new fresh graphics in an Italian theme. New Monoblock billet front brake caliper option.
