As it’s a marathon stage assistance is precluded and service personnel not allowed en route to the co points . Without a 4×4 it’s difficult to navigate to the CP either way as we found out.
We managed to run to CP1 after the first dune crossing and caught the lads. Now they be solo to CP4 this afternoon. All appears good.
