Enduro World Championship, Round 7/8 at Heinola, Finland TM Racing Team Highlights

Last weekend is raced  the fourth round of the World Enduro Championship edition 2014 in the Scandinavian land and more precisely in Heinola, Finland.

Home Gp for our Eero Remes that thanks to the support of many fans on the opening day gave another hit to the House of Pesaro. The Finnish rider rode a race sublime in the E1 class, won four of the twelve special prizes and climbed to the top step of the podium.

The following day Eero started right away like a rocket, winning the first two specials for then to commit a mistake in the Enduro Test  losing so several seconds. His race, from that moment on,  was smooth and has brought under the  white-blue awning a good second place.

Despite the injury to his right knee Aigar Leok, has raced a good race in Heinola. The  Estonian rider is back to drive with determination and conviction of the last few years and during the two days of competition he fought with all his strength to get into the Top Five. Aigar launched and positive signs for the Grand Prix of Sweden we hope he will enter to make part of the best of the class E3.

After winning the Supertest on Friday our Chilean rider, Bejamin Herrera with the eighth-liter participates in the Youth Cup, in the two days of competition in Finland stood out despite the pitfalls typical of the Nordic lands, roots, sand, rocks and slippery rain.

“Yesterday was really a great day because I won in front of my fans also I’m happy with how I turned always focused and determined. Today instead I have to admit the superiority of my opponent, Nambotin, although in the first two special I had the best time then I had make a mistake in the Enduro Test losing several seconds. ”

 

Aigar Leok

“I’m on the right track to return to the podium in the E3 class and this was definitely a positive weekend. Despite the pain in my knee I drove well and fast the TM 300. The road back to the top  is still long but in Finland I’ve had some positive signs. ”

BENJAMIN HERRERA

“The first day of the race for me was somewhat complicated by the ground extremely different from that to which I have accustomed. I’m glad for the  good times recorded in the Cross Test and Extreme but I have paid customs  in the Enduro Test. On the second day things went slightly better and honestly I was pleased with the good performance. ”
